Take a square silk scarf and fold on the diagonal into a triangle.
Drape the scarf around your neck. You can roll it up or maintain the triangle shape depending on your mood/how cold you are.
Take a ring and slip the ends of the scarf through it. I am using the silver + gold ring which I wear everyday!
Adjust length to your preference and BOOM! You have a lewk.
