Returns and Shipping

Returns:

All custom items are nonrefundable. regular collection pieces and one-of-a-kind items purchased through the website may be returned within 7 days of receipt. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue. Please contact us at holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com to begin and validate your return process.

Shipping:

ready-to-ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Made-to-order items will ship in 5-10 business days after your order is placed. Our standard method of shipping is USPS standard ground shipping with a 2-8 business days delivery speed for domestic delivery, and 6-10 business days for international delivery. If you need faster shipping for an item that is in stock, please contact us about expedited shipping options. Additional shipping costs will apply.

A flat rate of $4.50 s/h will be charged for all orders shipping within the US. You may select Flat rate priority shipping for $9.50 with a domestic delivery of 2-3 business days, including $50 insurance.

a flat rate of $15.95 will be charged for USPS first class international shipping. Please be aware that international packages may be subject to import taxes to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Canadian customers now have the option of pre-paying import duties at checkout.

Sophie Kissin Jewelry cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Sophie Kissin Jewelry cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Sophie kissin jewelry is not responsible for import duties on international shipping.

Gift shipping:

If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please include their shipping address when you place your order.

local pick-up:

local pick-up may be available to minneapolis customers. please email Sophie at holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com for information. please note that the regular lead time of 5-10 business days for made-to-order pieces still applies on pick-up orders.

Repairs and Resizing

repairs:

Sophie is unable to offer complementary repairs and resizing. If your item is damaged or broken after 7 days from receipt, please contact Sophie at holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com about the possibility of repair. The base repair fee is $25 + shipping, and may increase on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an inquiry about a repair on a piece of jewelry not purchased from Sophie Kissin Jewelry, please email Sophie to inquire about rates and whether such a repair is possible. Sophie does not specialize in repairs and it may be more cost- and time-effective to take your piece elsewhere.

resizing:

Sophie is unable to offer complementary repairs and resizing. If you purchased a ring and it does not fit, you may be able send it back to be resized for a fee unless otherwise noted in the item listing. The base rate for resizing is $50 + shipping and may increase on a case-by-case basis.
