Futuristic Envie Ear Cuff Tutorial (Wear 4 Ways!)

So this one is a bit out there! For the first time I had these envie ear cuffs out on my table at the NYC Renegade craft, and most people didn’t know what to make of them. Many people tried them on as a bracelet before I intervened and told them it was for their ear!

This unusual piece is adjustable by pulling or squeezing on the loop (NOT the pearls!!).

You can wear this ear cuff 4 ways, and probably more– there are no rules!

Here’s how I designed the cuff to be worn:

Slip the cuff over your WHOLE ear. The cuff will rest on your ear. Apply pressure to the top and bottom of the loop (again, NOT the pearls!) to secure.

For extra security, add a big earring to your lobe piercing! That will prevent the ear cuff from coming off your ear.

Pearls forward.

Squeeze top and bottom of cuff to secure.

Pearls backward.

Kind of a cyborg/futuristic bluetooth accessory! What do you think? Cool? Maybe you’d try? Or are you more in the “no, no, Sophie, what is going on in your head?” camp? I confess, I find myself in the latter more often than not, but that’s pushing boundaries, people!
