How long will it take for my order to ship?
There is a two week lead-time for items that are made to order. Ready to ship items will ship in 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that if your order includes made to order and ready to ship items, the lead time is two weeks.
how much do custom orders cost?
it depends on the design, the material costs, and labor. a sterling silver ring with one stone usually starts at $120, but can be more or less. Contact me with your idea and we will discuss!
how long do custom orders take?
it depends on my current workload, but typically 3-6 weeks after the design has been settled upon. if you need an order in a hurry, i may be able to accommodate for an additional fee.
what is my ring size?
do you make men's jewelry?
yes! i don’t typically keep men’s jewelry in stock, but I have several pieces that are unisex. I can also do custom pieces and sizing. contact me with an inquiry.
Sold out items:
Some items I release in small batches. You can now sign up for the waitlist to be notified when these item come back in stock on each item listing. some sold out items are one-of-a-kind pieces; I’m happy to work with you to create a similar or custom piece. Email me to inquire.
Sizing:
Items cannot be resized, with a few exceptions. If an item is not in stock in your size, please contact me about the possibility of resizing it, or creating something new that fits!
